If you are scared or don't feel safe at home or at school, you can do one of these things:

• Speak with any adult in school, at any time.  This could be Mrs Mainwaring, Mrs Yemm, your Class Teacher or any Teaching Assistant;

• Call Childline on 0800 11 11, any time, day or night - they are there to listen and help you.  They are happy to speak about your worries.  The call is free.  If you need to, please ask to use one of the phone in school, we will be happy for you to use one - just ask.
